suggestion on remove white stripe
my 99 ex came with a white stripe on the side of my car on opposite side. I want to remove it without taking off the paint and my friend told me to use a hair dryer. Is there any other ideas you guys have in removing this without taking it to someone to pay for?

Yeah, try a hair dryer. I work for an autobody shop and end up working with alot of decals etc. We use heat guns there, but I would try the hair dryer method first, so you don't burn your paint... :P

Re:suggestion on remove white stripe
another tip if your doing it on an older car.. if its not white dont take the pin striping off because the paint fades bad and u can see the lines
with a 99 itll be fine, i just pry the edge up with a horizontal razor then use a heat gun and slowly pull, only takes a few min.
