haha they worked better with weld, because at that point the insrt does nothinjg, just the weld does....

they are intended to be zip tied in. but filling them works better. I prefer aftermarket complete mounts

nope, they come with little zip tie looking things, like the ones you use to mount a fan to a radiator

mine didnt, liar, well judgin by the quad 9 5 coefficient, and a degree of 7, honda tuning states the zip tie would reduce the vibratory sector by at least 3/4////
