Why on gods great earth would you go buy a new car to strip it? That would be like finding a chic with implants and having them removed.

Dont say "weight savings" ::)

Just say "I wanna look cool with my gutted interior" ::) ::)

umm.. i believe he is adding sound deadening. NOT removing it. Why not make a nice comfortable car more comfortable? Whats the harm in that? My Brother Dynamat'd his entire interior in his GSR. Nice stock GSR daily driver lowered with tint and silent in the cabin. Seems like an ideal dd to me.

you'd think if you were gonna waste all the time and money to tear apart a new car and sound deaden it...you would have purchased a manual....
