well its a 23 hour drive for me, but i have had thoughts of taking it cause $1200 is a lot of money to lose. id fly there if i was finished with my instrument rating for flying. anyways i had an attorney write him a letter pretty much telling him i needed my kit or money back by a certain amount of time or i was going to take it further. his deadline was saturday and so he says he got it out friday and gave me a bill number. so we will see. ive dealt with scammers before. i ordered an engine off from this site nissmo and his name was lucas. well the whole site was a scam. he was in california. he got $1200 from me for a turbo engine for my mazda 626 i use to have, but my mom knows attorneys so i took it to court and he was no show. i only had to pay the attorney $200 and i got a check for a $1000. then the guy was put in jail for scamming several other people, but this guy was smarter than nate. he used a fake name, someones address that wasnt his, but he still got caught. anyways i just wanted tell you im not sitting here doing nothing about it. i am being productive, it just takes time.

Well today I have contacted my Lawyer and actions will take place. I will do whatever it takes to bring nathan to justice at this point even if it costs me more money. I will pay the lawyer to bring down some harsh consequences against nathan and if jail time is possible I would like to see it. I will let you guys know whats up.

going up there to confront him isnt going to help the situation but most likely make it worse. ya you can go up there and confront him but what are you going to do if he still doesnt give you the kit. kick his ***? beating the kids *** isnt going to win the battle because youll most likely get yourself arrested.

attempt to get it back the easy way if not then take legal actions, but honestly they wont do ---- and even if they do, a slap on the hand.

and that guy doing the scams selling swaps, he coulda been rich, I have an idea of how he got caught. tsk tsk, i should start up a scamming ring, and have mycrx, ssl2k, david faust, and the rest of the banned classifieds on the payroll :P
