Stolen CRX in Puyallup/Tacoma Area...goodbye good friend
Well last night I had to say goodbye to my trusted '89 honda CRX.
I bought the car over 6 years ago, my first car bought after HS. I pulled it out of a farmer's field with 4in of water in it and a wacked out front end (I had to hold the steering wheel 90 to the right to go straight)
I nursed that car back to health, with a new engine and paint. Drove it to school in eastern washington, where it drove me through snow everyday to class. Never once did it breakdown.
I learned everything with that car. How to take it apart, how to drive, and even had my first girl in that car (thanx Anna)
I had so many memories with that car, I got a real job and still I refused to sell it.
Now someone is driving into a chopshop somewhere, riping out the mint condition si carpet I spent a month buying, then hand washing. Ripping out the engine my uncle and cousin helped me get. Scoffing at the rosary in my rear view mirror my mom cave me that was hers when she was my age.
All of it gone, to some meth head/crack *** that thought he could make a buck, a grand or so that will most likely be spent just as soon as it was taken.
....Anyways a REWARD if you see a white CRX lisence 269-GQQ
but something tells me its gone....long gone
I make my car, my car doesnt make me.....so I have to find a new car for now

holly ----!! sorry to hear about your car. I used to live in seattle (eastside) and it seems car theft has only gotten worst and it was real bad back then too, 99-00. i now live in E. Washingon and am constantly reminded of how greatful i should be that i can finally afford to keep my car safe from thieves now.
well good luck to ya...
