Blood or not you shoudln't steal and if a person is gnorant enough to steal from their own brother then to hell them.
I hope this all works out in the end but if it was him then something must be done. This country has so many thefts because we dont do ---- about it.... I'm all for the cut off the hand that steals policy, i bet people would think twice before doing it.

find some other way to get back at him, DONT PUT YOUR LIFE DOWN THE DRAIN over it.

that sucks bro. your own brother. thats fucken lame. even if he didnt do it but the fact that he knew it happened. he should have stopped it. who's gonna let someone steal their own brother's car. i say send his *** to jail
