on that little plan that you took. i was thinking about doing the meet and potato diet, and tuna. lots of protein and carbs. and i was also gonna get a general vitamen, like 1 a day. i dont have the money to spend on all of those supliments, and frankly, cant i get the same amount of protein and minerals and vitamins from a fre different vitamens?

isnt it true that the body only comsumes a certain amount of protein a day the rest is ---- out.

My workout:
Monday: Arms Upper Body (tri's, bi's, lats, pecs, shrugs, bench, power cleans)
Tuesday: Legs (power squat, toe raises, groin and dead lift)
Wednesday: Arms Upper Body
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Tris, bis, squat and shrugs
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: FOX NFL!!! ;)

im a fan of weekends off at the gym. its good to get in a habit of going either before or after work, that way you have a good routine to follow each day.

I'm sorry man, but you have it all wrong. I know you said you have been working out for a while, and dont take this the wrong way, but your killing your body. You should work a muscle only once a week, not 3 ::) Read up.

EEhhh its been good to me this far, havent had any problems. And I really dont have time to slack off, open tournaments SUCK if your not ready. My bench isnt good, but thats because I broke both my shoulders in HS and they are bad and come out, i only bend 265, my squat is nice, i been workin on legs more than usual after my shoulders, im squattin 580. the other stuff is in good range, im liftin to stay in shape and keep my muscles tuned, i'm not really tryin to get significantly stronger

dam, this ---- looks like it isnt as easy as it sounds.



pretty much everything i see requires suppliment shakes.

anyway around shakes.
tuna, vitamens, oils.

shakes are like $50 for a 20 day supply. :-\

i would rather spend $.50 on a can of tuna and a little mayo and a peice of bread.

you dont have to buy expensive shake or a name brand. Jut get a gnc why protein shake for like 20-30 bucks and take that along with your meals.

2 pounds will last you about 2 weeks for $14
first thats cheap alot cheaper than a steroid alternative like you were asking about
second If your looking for something easy do somthing else
because your not gonna get big whinning about "this isn't as easy as it sounds."

im not sayin its to hard, its just all totally new to me. I have never been interested in building muscle until i joined the military. then i went to the gym and all of these built fuckers and ----....it all intimidated me. not gonna lie. now im to the point where i say ---- it.

even when being forced to run 5 miles or whatever, you get pissed about it because someone is forcing you to do it. you never think to take 100% advantage of it. you just drink water because if you dont you get overheated and that just sucks. you dont think, hell, if i drink a shake afterwords, and eat the right meals, it would help me considerably.

fork, spoon, knife whatever the ---- your name is...
remeber the first time you looked under the hood of your car and you were like ----. check the oil, where is that? under the car?

yeah, thats pretty much where im at right now with this gettin built thing...

Workin out is never easy, thats why its called work, lol. just once u get started, stick with it.

Same here. Been lifting on and off for almost 3 years. It's so hard to motivate yourself to go somtimes and you will have to take a week off, and it turns into a month, next thing you know you are a ------- poose agian. I'm just now starting to get back into my 4 month absence from the gym. I'm still a regular though ;)

yeah that sucks cuz your not as strong as you were before. I quite for about 3 months 2 years ago and i weight 185 and went to 172. I benched 320 but when i came back i coudn't even bench 220 :-\

Ive gained about 15 pounds.I need to get off my ass and start working out.

I stay away from suplements couse of my heart(long story.PM Doc.Boost with anny questions ;) :P).

just before my move I was working out religiousely and my diet consisted of Chicken,tuna,lean cuts of meat,and vegetables.I noticed a drastic loss of fat and noticable amout on muscle divelopment.Then ---- got hectic and I stoped :-\

I have to stat that up again.I hate it that now when I walk my stomach jiggles :-X

this is what i think im gonna start with for a diet, and stick with this for a few 4-6 weeks and then go from there.

Well im not that fat.Im 6' 190(ish)lbs right now.I should be at about 175-185lbs.

may arms are back down to the size of a 12 year old girls :'(

I am getting a small double chim though :-X
