thanks for all the great advise guys i guess i will get some protien shakes and a few other sups and keep bustin my ass in the gym.........i was only asking about roids cause a freind of mine used anadrol 50mg tabs 2 a day got so freakin ripped and defined.... makes me pissed when i bust my ass in the gym for the little results i have seen

---- steriods. Do that ---- right or don't do it at all. Not worth the risk when you could get the same results by working a little harder.

im now 13 and have been taking human growth hormones for about a year it has shot my voice to now what i sound like is 21 and my muscles are almost as strong as a 16 year olds it sucks because i always get people who want me to beat someone up but i say no because i am not like that but if u do take steroids dont take regularly because they stay in your body for a extremely long time i think it is 3 years because your hair carries it in the hairs dna and be careful because your voice changes rapidly and after working out for a while you will get extreme results like i did

Yea. Height wise he is done growing. When using steroids your growth plates seal. Also he is soooooo young and your endocrine system controls that stuff if you don't know what you were doing OR just being 13 it may not turn back on or come back fully leaving him lacking testosterone forever. Or be perfectly normal and healty. ::)
