Default steroids?

so i have ben going to the gym eating right for the last year and havent really noticed any changes sure i am stronger but my body hasent changed all that much so i am thinking about trying some steroids to help what do you guys think? has anyone tried them and what was your experence with them?

Try creatine and protien first. Hell of a lot cheaper and less dangerous. take the creatine half hour before lifting and protien half hour afterwards. You will notice an improvement. Be careful with doing a lot of cardio at first...it will send your heart rate through the roof.

For one year, huh? And not noticed anything? Stay away from gear until you learn how to lift and diet correctly. Why? Better results and you'll be able to hold your gains easier. If you can't notice change in a year you need help. Don't look for supplements as the quick fix. Do it right and then juice down the road. *Awaits for Hotrex to tell me how wrong I am and dumb, gay ------ and my Dad sucks*

it can take longer than a year to get to were you want. My first thought is your not eating enough, sleeping, or working out right. Just follow a program or get a partner or personal trainer to help you out. Steriods is the easy way imo.

True. To what you want, but he's like "...haven't really noticed any changes..." I gained 30lbs my first year. He needs to stick to the basics first. Then juice in a couple. Years.

i am 5'7 i weigh 185lbs i have got alot stronger i do 45 min of cardio every day legs one day and upper body the next day i dont eat sugar drink lots of water no deep fried food eat steak,chicken,vegis but i still have a big *** belly and not much definition

might wanna check your workout man,
seriously about a year ago I lifted for 6 mos 2-3 times a week and nothing

now I read some books on designing your workout with certain reps and weight
the actual workout burns a lot more and is more for me

I been back doin it for 3 weeks or so and ALREADY SEE difference

and yes creatine and protein powder

steroids? I dont think so

whats the name of the book you read? i have read a few mag's and modified my workout about 2 months ago but still nothing

I use vitiams from GNC called Mega Men, and then I drink 100% Whey Protein before and after my work, and I noticed a diff right away. Protien is basically key, it helps your muscles heal and promotes growth.... steroids are for pussies, cept hotrex, hahaha
