StealthMode's Setup PIX (56K... Blow me)

Re:StealthMode's Setup PIX (56K... Blow me)
Steve, I'm a bit dissipointed with the setup, first of all you come out with beautiful pics of your engine and turbo setup and then show us pics of a backyard/half *** orange silicone nightmare. I mean serisouly I have never seen so much silicone on a project hanging off everywhere. You need to get a new valve cover gasket and not use any silcone on it, clean up your rubber grommets, and -AN fittings do not require silicone last time I checked
If you ever do use silcone, I'd highly suggest investing in some Black or Grey silicone so it doesnt stick out like a sore thumb.

LMAO Jeff..
Stevo is keeping it ghetto...
Ghetto 300hp screamer. Get a bigger turbo or you would have to boost a lot to reach 300 hp
I'm going to run a T3/T04E 57 trim....small turbine though really small .
I want to see what it's going to do...AR.36 turbin and a .50 TO4E 57 trim compressor...hmmmm on a stock ZC ready to be blown....see if I can run 12's ... it has to...the only reason it wouldn't would be that it blew up... Up the boost till I hit 12's...2bar map Turboedit tuning

Re:StealthMode's Setup PIX (56K... Blow me)
This is what my life has looked like the past week or so. (without the smile) No shaving, no teeth brushing, no showers.
The car has experienced some overheating problems due to:
1. SS water line rubbing on radiator, then....
2. Someone not putting a clamp on the coolant line going to the heater motor. I seriously put a cigarette out in the puddle of coolant in my passenger floor board (I was in a high fire zone. )
The RTV ---- is because I'm sponsored by them. I had two broken valve cover bolts, and then bambooseven thought that I said "brake another" when what I really said is, "look ********, I already have two broken on one side, lets not make this any worse." So, as ugly as it is, it's not leaking. I'll try to put some black over it for you Jeff, but it does kinda feel good to be keeping it "so real".
The drain line is from bamboo's install and had one of the old school an fittings in it. I had an extra one, so I was trying to use it, but then my car decided that it was too flashy and didn't want to sport it. (It wouldn't fit right) So once again I'm keeping it real, and it doesn't leak.
Yes, this is my first setup. With the install running late on Sunday, and the small problems I've been having, I've just been fixing small things on the car after work. (Yes, I have a regular job.) So I am getting to the things that need to be corrected, but I haven't got an "bling bling" hours to spare as of yet. That's why one side of my piping is painted, and the other side isn't.
Flywheel covers are way over-rated.
Thanks to those that showed up to the install:
Ghetto D

Julio Bustamonte

Agent Murdoc
VIP award will be going to Ghetto D on this one. Not for the garage he supplied or the blingin' piping, but for the fact that every time I wanted to burn the car to the ground, he wouldn't let me. If it wasn't for him and the others that showed up to help out, I'd probably be having a huge fucken garage sale in classifieds right now. Sometimes thats how I feel, but they wouldn't let me do it. Thanks.
Also, thanks to all the hmt members. Without the ability to buy parts so cheap, from cheap bastards, for cheap bastards this would have cost alot more than it did. Also thanks to all the oil line/wheel customers that have allowed me to complete this without taking out any loans or anything like that. I really owe it to the whole site. Thanks. If any of you are in the area, feel free to come by and ask for the keys to my car. I owe it to you. Ghetto D and Bamboo gladly took me up on that offer 10 mins. after we started it up.
Bambi's on the way over right now so we can crank it up and do some check ups/tuning.

Hey Stealth What is your motor setup? How much boost do you plan on running? And if you can give me an estimate on what the machine shop charged you.Reason for all the questions is I am still deciding weather to build up the D or use the spare LS motor.I have a spare z6 and ls motor sitting in the garage,But i dont have a b series tranny. So Im just trying to see what the best option is.Cost wise.
