So if your looking to cut fat don't eat any sugar or high glycemic index carbs except for right after your workout. After work out you want whey protein, sugar ie dextrose ie gatorade, creatine, with water, not milk. because you want to absorb it fast. milk with you protein shakes is fine other times but remember milk is calorie dense. just keep the protien up, sugar down, but other carbs are fine, like bread, rice, noodles, whatever, just not too much. concentrate on lifting weights because it raises you metabolic rate, but if you can fit it in, do some cardio in the mornig.

Only upper body huh? Working legs releases highger levels testosterone. Milk is slower in absorbtion only because it's a casien protien and stays in the system for 7hours.

You defintely wont lose weight with creatine and protein.
If you want to lean out, I would first lose weight, then gain muscle (thats what I do for boxing).
Do a bunch of cardio as well lifting, but dont take all kinds of muscle supplements. All I do is eat salad for one meal a day (instead of regular big meal). That will allow for me to lose weight. Then after a while of that, if you begin to cycle creatine you will gain tons of muscle with a 5-10lb or weight.

high protein is the best thing you can eat to loose weight or fat. and creatine helsp gain muscle mass, and I don't think he would object to that
