Nope, every cable contractor I've met called it a terminator tool. You're thinking of a crimper.

What kind of crappy toy is that? Man, when I was a kid, we had toys that we could "play" with. That thing is just useless.

I think I know what Joey is talking about. It removes the lock screwed into the F-connector so you can attach it to the coax connector on your tv. Otherwise, the terminator just spins without unscrewing. You could just cut and crimp/screw on a new F-connector if you didn't care about taking tampering one more step.
Not like I know anything about that....
