america is the only country that has a problem with drinking. everywhere else lets you drink legally years before you are 21.
the only reason the legal age is 21 is because the feds have a policy that they wont give states funding for roads unless the drinking age is 21.

im 1/8th irish, but i didn't know that until last year, i always celebrated it anyway, since most of the time my 12+ hour drinking stints are frowned upon.
