i really want a t3/t4 turbo and i dont wanna spend like 400 on one =x my friend said he can get me one for 320 any spec i want, should i jus go with that? i wanted to find a used one that aint beat up for around 200 or 250

look at the exhaust flange? almost like you HAVE TO use their downpipe or fab ur own flange.

the certificate is in spanish, I dunno, I do know that foriegn countries get inferior ---- when it come to bar soap, cigarettes, etc.

That's actually portuguese, but it's pretty much the same ---- when it comes to quality of products in other countries.
