seriously call judge judy or something they seem to get things taken care of like this, i once seen a episode about a 400 popcorn machine someone bought from ebay and it was busted to ----, try it out yo.

How can he say that these people owed him money when they have proof of the transaction ie pms, emails this thread with him addmitting that he ows them and he hasn't sent anything.
but yes showing up on his door step, punching him in the face and saying it wont happen again of he forks it over would be the best way.

How can he prove I owe him money if he has no receipts/documents? I have saved all my receipts for the money I have sent him.. And since he can't prove he shipped anything (like with a receipt from UPS) then he's fucked.

Yeah I just got off the phone with a buddy who let NATE use his account on ebay. He's a little pissed right now. Brandon filed charges or whatever and now his account is shut down. That ---- blows. Make sure you go after the right guy. Yeah it was his account but it wasnt his fault. There had to be a diff. way to go about that. He read me the email you sent him. You came across as an asshat.
And on a side note. Upon asking nate about brandon filing charges and dave gettin stuck in the middle. He signed off.....
