He mentioned to me 11 days ago (when he said he was going to ship the kit) that he is buying your kit and then going to re-sell it on ebay to make money from it. This is because he owes me $300 with my kit. Not sure if you read above, but i mentioned that he bought a GSR head with MY money that he owes me. He said it was such a good deal and couldn't turn it down That's still no reason to spend my money...

Well if someone else knows him personally and can help us out with this situation I would be much appreciative. I also have all of the info of where I sent the money and what not so I have more than enough evidence of what happened. Plus I made Nathan put it up on ebay before and i bought it off of ebay. I want to be able to have this thread closed and for it to be over and done with. So, with that said as i said before i would appreciate any help anyone on this forum could give a fellow HMT member.
