Mark my word, if I cant afford a Evo when I graduate college, I will resort to the next best thing, the SRT-4. I have test drove both, and let me tell you, the $10,000 if defentally there, but both equally overwellming cars, well worth the money.

Yes, its a neon, but ---- it. drive it, and you will know what im talking about.

13sec out of the box car is a dam nice platform to begin on. 8)

Definately. Some kid in my town has an EVO8 that I know has at least an exhaust. I don't know what else, but it would be a fun pice to work with.

PVO, dodges "factory performance options" branch makes stages of upgrades for the SRT4 and the PT cruiser turbo. a local guy has the stage 3 kit on his SRT4 and i think on slicks he went high 12's this summer...

and he has a warranty on that. 8)

you're gonna hear it's still a neon alot so get used to it.
i think they look nice and have huge potential without spending too much money. first thing i would do is lower the ride height A-lot, they come 4x4 ready from the factory, but they'd look way better dropped.

ya. u can get the "Stage 3R" kit and "Turbo Toys" upgrades and get nearly 400whp. (CONFIRMED)

buy a car for whats under the hood. you obvesiouly looked at the car.

check out the suspension, the braking system, the interior, everything about the car. if you put all of these components in a honda you would have one of the baddest ------ cars on the street. you would be able to run with vettes, and porshes, and vipers in all of the road tests.

like i said, i was a little iffy on the car myself till i drove one, and i promise you would be in love to. ;)

HAHA this again.ok do you like giving your money away because thats what happens and the warrenty has so many lope holes its crazy, i know because i almost bought one. and then you have to make sure you make payments for the next 5years, and that thing is junk its not a honda and its gonna take a ----.

i was planing to buy one from ebay and restore it buecuase of front end damage and the car wont be under warenty then i liek the car over all and i have been geting the same resons for my freinds but its my desction

you will have a problem finding someone to loan you money on that if you are planning on getting a long for one, unless you have next to perfect credit.

Because I like the way they look, and they're fast. I don't care if its a "neon" or not.. Looks good and is fast, good enough for me. ;)
