i dont know if this has been talked about yet or not since i dont look at the GD board much but now that the snow is gone and its getting ------ nice out...... anyone up for a BBQ or a street legal race day at brainerd speedway????? every other wed is street legal races at brainerd and its pretty fun for all you guys that havnt gone yet.....

if i remember correctly brainerd is like an hour away from me. haha if i had a car worth driving i would go. but since my ---- is stuck in california i dunno. :'(

You are calling a meet, but you flaked on me a few months ago on a dashboard? Start small, then work your way to meets.

Another thing to note is that most all the HMT members are in the TC.

I'm down for whatever, but it seems like most of the guys are closer to the twin cities. What the ---- am I talking about. I don't even know how far brainard is.

brainerd is hours from you steve... but still worth going. Let's do a spring meet down in the cities somewhere. BBQ and Beer with some beer sounds good.

Well........ we could always finish my car.

I've been sick for like the past week puking and ----, so I haven't had time to finish. I'm about to go to New Orleans for about a week for the Jazz Festival, so I'm sure we could plan an install date a week from this weekend. All I have to do is put the kit on, and wire up the SAFC.

Mike, a buddy of mine, just got a honda accord and has almost all his ---- together for it. He just purchased some oil lines from you Steve.

Wasn't that Darksol guy going to throw on a kit soon too?

hey cray this is dain darksols buddy... yea that ------- exhaust shop sucks ass... we drove/ pushed his car up monday morning.. then they said they might get to it that night but for sure tues it would be done. now its tuesday about 6 pm he calls.. THEY HAVENT EVEN TOUCHED IT YET!!.. so now they are saying first thing wed. morning. so i dont know when the ---- its gonna be done.. So u gonna come tune my y7 in a few weeks too??...lol all i need is a p06 and some resistors, mis. stuff other than that im done :P

Hey your talking about my old work, he should have never laid me off and then offer me the job back a week later when I already got a new one. They took forever on my brothers car too. Bryan is terrible at customer serivce I don't know If I'm going to go work for him again in the summer he's really been pissing me off. I need a dsm turbo mani and turbo, anyone local? For an idea for a meet rockfalls may 8th, I might have my wheels studs done by then but if not I'm still going to watch.

Yeah talked to chris today, he said that they still havn't touched it. That really sucks. Do they do mandrel bends? Yeah we can do your Y7 later.

hey i didnt mean to make anyone confused.. i didnt mean anywhere up by me, i should have stated somewhere in the cities..... and then i added brainerd would be pretty fun because to my knowledge brainerd is one of the only tracks in MN with street legal drags once a week......

Yeah they do mandrel, I talked to the owner the other day and he said they were really backed up, he should tell his customers it may be a few days before he excepts the work. But he does do good work.

Hell, if everybody's setup is done by may 21st, there's a ---- load of fbody/mustang/dsm guys, and a bunch of other random guys going down to cedar falls. There's quite a few people going if we wanna set that up.

Done with school on the 13th, so if I start on the 16th... and if everything goes well, it might actually be done.

Left to do:
MPFI Swap
A6 cam swap
Build intercooler piping
Install turbo and that ----
chip ecu and figure out how to tune
Should be doable.

Sleeper commuter DX HB here we come.

Rockfalls is may 7th like I said I'll probually just watch, gonna try to resurface cross drilled and slotted pressed on rotors. :-\ Hopefully it works.

I think a BBQ at a park would be a good idea. Rock Falls is sooo crowded and if you are racing you are to busy to get to talk to people. If we meet at a park or someplace like that we would be able to sit around and get to know people better. 8)

Im slowly working on it. I may actualy be getting a free 14b and DSM 450cc injectors from a friend. ;)

Im also looking forward to seeing when/where this meets going to be. Im liking the park/BBQ idea, I may have to see if I can snag a few venison steaks for that.

I know this is about a spring minnesota meet so sorry about -----ing it up. But Im in dire need of a 14b. I put mine on my crx the other day and it boosted fine for a couple hours than started spewing oil out the hot and cold side. Ive been looking everywhere and havent found one yet. So if anyone has one or has a friend who does and is looking to get rid of it, Im willing to buy. thanks guys,

well i know that snafu is either close to, or done w/ the kit for his yota, and dain (siturboD) is just waitin for all his ---- to come in the mail, so i suppose we could all meet up and have an install day on either of their cars. if we do siturbod's, we would prolly all end up comin out to my place and chillin for a day, then if everything goes good, go out and get some food and possibly head out to midway. either that, or we could go raid steve's house again. ::)

Yeah, the weather has been great Aaron. I especially like the rain yesterday. :P

If you guys don't want to plan anything, I'll call a meet at my house just for the ---- of it. Barbeque (bought a new one today), beer, prostitution and maybe do a couple things to the stealth shuttle.
