DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS GUY. He still owes me about $600 and won't call me or answer my E-Mails. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Here is the info that he gave me:

dude not to ne a dick but you sent money to a person named joe shmo. Its a saying that means any random person. EX any random joe shmo. But good luck

Haha, are you serious? You got scammed by someone named joe Shmoe? Haha, I don't think I'd ever fall for that one.... But I tend to get scammed by the ones named David Faust. :P
