Some paypal questions, possibly scammed
 

Hey guys, i just sent a payment for an item on these boards and wanted to know if you send payment with your paypal, doesnt the verified shipping adress go with that information? i was told by the seller he will not ship out to an unverified adress after giving him an alternate, so obviously he knows that one is not verified. I sent him a pm while he was on asking whats going on with the transaction and when i came back only moments later , he was off, and nothing was replied to. sooooo yeah, i guess i gotta go to paypal....?

first off your probably over reacting.

second off, he could be logged in and showing in the list but not near his computer. If he stays active on the forum, he will stay logged in, but after 15min's he no longer shows. So it could be that he never got your messege yet.

Ask him for your money back. If that fails, then wait your 30 days through paypal and then file your claim.

I don't like shipping to unvarified addys so I'm kinda on his side. It's like saying you shipped something out but if it's not varified then who knows where it's going. What did you pay with for paypal? A credit card, checking account, paypal balance? They do have a 200 dollar guarentee. I bought a seat for my motorcycle on ebay and the seller never sent me a email with anything saying he sent out the seat or anything. I filed a dispute and made a claim against him. He responded once outside of paypal and ebay and never to the actual claim so he lost. Paypal came back and said I won the dispute but he didn't have any money in his account so I was out. I called them up and told them they advertise they have a 200 dollar guarentee so what was that all about and why didn't I qualify for that. About an hour or so later....all my money back. Then get this...about two weeks later. My seat came. Free seat bitches. :6 It pays to bitch.

Im only saying that I might have been. It seems to be that way. Besides, he has the money in the account, everything i have on paypal in fact is verified. I even told him to send it to the verified adress. Hopefully he just did'nt get my messages. But who the hell knows at this point.

Dude you're so fucked. I can't believe you waited 24 hrs before you said anything. Paypal will only credit your money back if you do a chargeback up to like 4 hours after you send payment. Any later and they basically tell you to piss off, it should have gotten to your house AND installed itself by then.

ok, i undertand where your all coming from, but everything i have on paypal is verified. My PMs were read and never replied to, and money was already trnaferred out of my account. I just dont wanna be fucked over is all. Yes I didnt give it much time, but a PM only takes a second to reply too. Thats all i mean

Jesus Christ man!!! You sent payment last night. Last ------- night. I am not an online store, this isn't my ------- job. I am trying to hook you up with a new part and like half the cost. I didn't even check my interwebz today because I was pulling my motor all day. GTFO you have a life outside of HMT??????!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!??! The reason it shows that I was logged on was because I left my laptop in my car yesterday, logged onto HMT on my brother's laptop and showed him the glory that is HMT and he can't get enough of it... When I got home I saw him on it and didn't think anything of it. He went to show me someone's setup and I showed him I had 2 pm's... He didn't notice them because he is used to V bulletins... So I read the PM's and this dude is freaking out calling me a scammer and ----! Look man you can kiss my ass, I don't need your $85 that bad... I was trying to hook you up with some Vitaras on the cheap but if you are going to go and ------- freak on the forums and post ---- about flacopower is a scammer after ONE DAY kiss my ass!!! This on top of the fact that we were still trying to get the whole 'where the ---- I am shipping these pistons since he isn't paypal verified' ordeal figured out...

I think I would tell you to ---- yourself. Id send your money back to you and let you loose out on a few bucks for the fees. $85 for a new set of vitara...im sure a few people would be up for that deal. He can sell it elsewhere.
