Some paypal questions, possibly scammed
 

Hey guys, i just sent a payment for an item on these boards and wanted to know if you send payment with your paypal, doesnt the verified shipping adress go with that information? i was told by the seller he will not ship out to an unverified adress after giving him an alternate, so obviously he knows that one is not verified. I sent him a pm while he was on asking whats going on with the transaction and when i came back only moments later , he was off, and nothing was replied to. sooooo yeah, i guess i gotta go to paypal....?

first off your probably over reacting.

second off, he could be logged in and showing in the list but not near his computer. If he stays active on the forum, he will stay logged in, but after 15min's he no longer shows. So it could be that he never got your messege yet.

Ask him for your money back. If that fails, then wait your 30 days through paypal and then file your claim.

very ------- funny. You guys are a fantastic help. I might be over reacting but its the simple fact of, I sent multiple messages, theres a last active list for a reason.

I don't like shipping to unvarified addys so I'm kinda on his side. It's like saying you shipped something out but if it's not varified then who knows where it's going. What did you pay with for paypal? A credit card, checking account, paypal balance? They do have a 200 dollar guarentee. I bought a seat for my motorcycle on ebay and the seller never sent me a email with anything saying he sent out the seat or anything. I filed a dispute and made a claim against him. He responded once outside of paypal and ebay and never to the actual claim so he lost. Paypal came back and said I won the dispute but he didn't have any money in his account so I was out. I called them up and told them they advertise they have a 200 dollar guarentee so what was that all about and why didn't I qualify for that. About an hour or so later....all my money back. Then get this...about two weeks later. My seat came. Free seat bitches. :6 It pays to bitch.
