How many days late is she?
Go get a pregnancy test and see whats up. It may just be the birth control. My ex was on birth control after the birth of our daughter and she rarely if ever bled while taking it. My wife now is taking birth control and she has her period on time every month for the most part. I guess it al ldepends on the woman and the type of bc that she is taking.

I'm 90% sure it's just her body adjusting to the patch. Whenever you start a new type of birth control it can take time to adjust, some girls take much longer than others and some just adapt to it right away.
About her not seeing a doctor, I wouldn't just yet but if she still hasn't gotten her period in about 2 weeks I would have someone check her out.
About that one time you didn't use a condom, you probably didn't get her pregnant, the patch is pretty effective.
IMO, the best birth control method EVAR is the shot! Your girl will not even have a period so you wont have those few days where to have to jack off till your dick bleeds. The only downside of this is lots of girls gain weight from it and some don't even adjust to it at all and it just doesn't work right.
But, any birth control is better than none. Good luck.

it takes time for those hormones to do their thing, so it could just be that her body trying to adjust has caused her to prolong her "event", however you have to remember too that it takes time for this stuff to work, so if she slapped it on in the morning, you shouldnt be poking her with an unwrapped tool in the evening!!!

its doubtful your gf is preggo, the dr should have explained to her that she may not get her period for a while
