Re: So I think I'm getting dumber
same boat i am in, here's some tips
-no coffee
-no energy drinks
-no caffeine or drinks high in sugar
-no candy bars
-don't party hard on weekends, ------- with your sleep schedule takes around 4-5 days to fix which is right in time for the next party\
-take a daily vitamin to help regulate your bodies intake of vitamins and make your days consistent
*now i don't follow any of those but the avoidance of caffeine, but when i have stuck to the proper sleep schedule it has done wonders for my grades and mental health.
go see a doctor and ask to try a anti-depressent for your add.
has done wonders for me, i take around 450mg of welbutrin a day in three doses and it does wonders for my focus, ability to sit and do school work as well as it totally got rid of my social anxiety.

No, it may not be a fully genetic disease in most situations, and most of the people who disagree that a pill is not the answer and actually suffer from said symptoms are the ones who have cut the ---- out of their diet and see those issues disappear.
Treat your body like it was meant to be, proper nutrition, good sleep and it will perform as the engineer(Evolution or said high power) has designed it to function(general maintenance takes you a long way).
Is there ever errors in dna/code? Yes, are their millions of inherent diseases.
Yes, some can be dealt with and some cannot. I have spent the last 14 years of my life dealing with the inability to follow anything to the end. Have kept a phenomenal diet, as i have been in many sports over the years. Had great sleep patterns(until i found out about alcohol and women) and really have come to find out that the tips i listed above help lessen the severity of my inability of to focus. But when drugs that are generally used for the depressed are implemented to help balance the way your brain releases norepinephrine and dopamine someone like myself has gone from a 2.5gpa student in high school to a 3.85gpa student in college. Sometime nature or nurture ***** up

i have those symptoms too... I think I am just depressed about the way my life is at the moment... but don't get me wrong I go out and have fun everyday, it's just inside I'm not content with the way things are... I also have add/adhd... and I'm under a shitload of stress... right now I am on 3 hours of sleep... been up since 9am and it's 12.30am and I'm not even sleepy tired... my mind and body are tired, but I'm not ready to knock out... maybe it's time to go out now... haha
