So I got sick of my Honda, bought a new car ;)

That's right, I'm done with my hatch and currently trying to sell it. I wanted something a little more comfortable to drive to work and cruise around in, but something that was still semi-quick with good torque lol. So, to solve for X and Y I went and bought an Evo :)

Bought it used (obviously) and it's only the 2003 model which means it's heavier and slower, but it also means it does have a sunroof. Sounds pretty gay, but this is the first car I've ever owned with one and I kinda like it. By no means is it the fastest car I've ever had and I'd have to say probably all of my Honda boost builds were faster, but at the same time it's also more reliable than my Honda's were and from my research looks like an awesome platform to build off of if I ever decide to do so in the future. Unbelievable handling, turn in is phenomenal and honestly I don't think there is any Honda I've ever owned/driven that would come close to touching this thing through the twisties. :D

So all your hondas were faster than the evo? You have some good luck or a nice budget on your side!

All my boosted honda's were (well, maybe with the exception of my first z6/14b :l ), obviously the n/a honda builds were pretty pointless in comparison lol.

its not all that hard to be faster than an evo but the evos suspension is wonderful

Good luck with the more reliability on the EVO. Out of the handful of EVO owners that I've known, they all have had one problem or another when they were stock except for two. One of those two was an MR

Nice car none the less!

Incase no one's told you yet, it's just an evo... It's not that fast.

Do yourself a big favor, and leave it stock. Clutch jobs suck ASS on that car, weak t-cases, rod bolts stretch before 450 horse... I would never own an evo, but I deffinatley enjoy driving the ones that run alot. Your not gonna find another stock car that handles like that for the price

God luck finding a clutch that doesn't suck for it, too. They all shudder/glitch/fail.

one of my friends have a evo, and he seems to change clutches every year, but its way better than a sti in my eyes, and a great stock boosted car. but my project will always be honda.
good choice though.
