So I got fucked by an Ebay company, Paypal cant get my money back. What can I do
I bought a turbocharger off Taikaparts on ebay, everythign seemes legit 99% feedback and over 3400 transactions. well he never sent it and paypal cant get my money back. he's no longer registered with ebay and I cant reach him.

okay if you paid with credit card linked to paypal then call the card company.. 48 hours later your money is in.. Now if you paid with debit then its a little trickier.. But hey people get there card numbers stolen online all the time.. Call and let them know you never made that transaction.. You didnt hear it from me cock puffer.

everything I do with paypal is credit card funded, when I file a claim I also file with the card. Same ---- everytime from paypal, sorry we cannot get your money I hope this doesn't inconvenence you, two weeks later guess what........ moneys home and you get a nasty letter from paypal about them not accepting credit card callbacks and that they have there own system for help ::) Thanks paypal.......... faggots :)

Google Checkout is an alternative, but according to doug684 (I haven't tried it) ebay blocks you from putting it as an accepted payment. I think he had to spell it "groogle" so ebay would let him list. I've heard bad things about Google Checkout as well though... |

1) Login to your Paypal account 2) Click on 'Contact Us' 3) Under 'Help by Email' click 'Contact Customer Service' 4) On the left panel, click on either 'Getting Started' or 'My Account Profile' 5) On the right panel, click 'Downgrade Account' 6) Under Summarize your question state 'I want to Downgrade to a Personal Account'. 7) Follow through from there. I did this and so did stenseltizm and ours were both downgraded the next day. Sorry for threadjack. So you didnt pay with a CC martin? |

call the bank/credit company you used to purchase the item. tell them whats up, give them a claim number etc. i've had money credited back to me before when the thief has already withdrawn the funds.

Well i did some investigating for you and found this Taikaparts, Autosquare inc., Speedindex are all the same company. Apparently they all stoped sellling ---- on ebay about the same time end of APRIL and just plain dropped off the radar, Heres the adress i came up with, apparently its in EL monte, wich is about a mile or so away from La puente, CIty of industry. JDMTeam INC 9838 Joe Vargas Way #D EL monte, CA 91733. Auto_square_inc@yahoo.com Phone: (626)-448-2681 PST M-F 11-7:30pm phone number has been disconnected. I live about 30 mins away, but rather than make a blind trip over there, i decided to call their neighbors in unit C, I asked them if they were the guys selliing car parts, and he confirmed that they had moved out of the unit a few weeks ago. SO sorry bud I did what i could.... best bet is to settle it with your card issuer, you can mail me a check for my investigative services... |

Ebay ban all their user accounts because of the copyright ---- going on a while back, the guy had to call everyone up and sell all his ---- lower then cost to cover up his ass, and they are known to just disapper and kept all the $$, I remember they`ve done this ---- a few times already within the last three years. They`ve opened up some new account on ebay a few weeks ago, let me try to source their info. |

Auto square is out of business, at least for now, they`ve attempted to re-open accounts under different info but ebay found out and gave the boot. I doubt it will take long before they have a new account again. have u try to disbuite with your credit card company?? |

As for your China turbo comments. I know about a dozen people using china turbos for over a year + with no problems at all. The whole turbo housing coming apart was back in 2000 they've stepped up in quality a bit since then. |
