Walmart sells R134a conversion kits for like $10. :1

This guy I work with just sold his 67 Mustang with a built 351 for $18k. It wasn't even "restored". :S

Ok to give you a rough estimate, my 73 Mach 1 96% restored was appraised @ 40k that thing should go easily for around 30k man, its pretty.

Well ---- yeah guys this is good news. Yeah I hear you all on the restore VS replace thing. So the body was restored and the drivetrain was replaced. He did a 1965 convertable fully restored numbers matching and all that ----, but he hated the fact that it handled, drove, and pulled like ----. He wanted this one to be good and since he's 80 he knew it would be his last one. I think I'll ask $20k obo for it and see where that leads us. If it's worth significantly more I'll get dealers contaqcting me and stuff, so then I can go back and raise it, but I'm pretty sure that's about what it's worth. He'd be tickled to death if I got him $17500 out of it and would give me $1500. I appreciate all your feedback guys.

Hell yeah I'm going to do that tonight probably. I just want it to be a good add and be well informed about the car I'm selling, so I'm taking the time to look at some stuff and get advice before I blindly sell something. He's also got some parts that he'll give me 1/2 of whatever I get for them, so that'll be nice too.

I love wealthy old people. Once they've only got a few years left and have more than enough money to make it that long they just stop caring about $ and material stuff. I however still care about money because I don't have enough to last me the rest of my life, not even ------- close.

---- I know they're not quality pics, but they're clear and they show it just fine. What he wants is for anyone interested to just come by his house and take a look at it. I think the pictures will serve the purpose they need. If it goes on Ebay, I'll have someone with a real camera take them, but for now it's whatever.
