Are these fucks just this ------- dumb?? I have to call these dumb mother fuckers EVERY MONTH to have them fix my bill because they fucked something up. I'm so ------- sick of these stupid mother fuckers. Why can't they get ANYTHING right?? Why is it so hard? How can they ---- up so many times and do the same stupid ---- EVERY MONTH?? My plan doesn't change, I don't do anything different, but they can't seem to get it right. :7 :7 :7 :7 :7 :7 ---- I just want to strangle these stupid mother fuckers. This ----- just told me I'm pretty much fucked now because of what the ------- told me last month. isdniujfjunifswujniunjidsafj

Last month I call and bitched because they charge me all kinds of different ---- for text messages on each line. I get it changed and they were all supposed to have unlimited texts for $15 the first line and $7.50 for each of the other 2 lines. Now they say they don't do that anymore and the price is $15 a month so this whole time I should have had unlimited texts I only had 500 so now I'm going to have all kinds of extra bullshit text charges for THEIR ------- retarded ass mistakes. I'm so ------- sick of these people....god damn it what the ---- can I do to these people for ------- me over TIME AFTER TIME and making so many ------- mistakes. I don't change a ------- thing on my account, but they go and make changes and ---- my bill up over and over and over and now I'm getting fucked for their mistakes. This is so ------- wrong and I can't get my hands on anybody to beat the ---- out of. :7 :7 :7 :7 ---- I hate sprint. :7 :7 :7 :7 :7

Cliffnotes: Sprint sucks and their employees are about as ------- worthless as the herpes on hotrex's dick. :7

sprint has the worst customer service out of any cell phone company, i used to work for them and had to deal with those people every day, they are stupid as hell and really don't care about the clients at all. i was the person they called when they fucked up someones account and couldn't figure out how to fix it.

call and tell them you want to cancel service because your tired of getting fucked, they will transfer you to their retention department which will offer you whatever to get you to stay.

retentions doesn't care as much as they used to. Sprint is probably the shadiest phone company ever.

I'm been with sprint for a few years now, I don't really care for their customer service. I have a decent older cheap plan that I'm grandfathered into, and I use the dropped calls trick to get $10 off my bill each month. So it's decent, but some day I might switch if another carrier has some bangin deal with a sweet ass phone.

I hate Cell One and Verizon with a passion, both have screwed me over/lied/messed up bills. I was thinking of going tp sprint next. :l My gf doesnt have much problems with them, and she gets unlimited text to everyone, when I pay just as much for "unlimited text" which is actually only 1000 txt messages :1 (Lie #1 they told me...) Don't you wish these companies just worked like they should ::)

Unlimited text with Sprint is not free. And if you're sending over 1000 a month (over 30 a day) you got problems.

Wouldn't that be nice if a company actually did things right and didn't ---- ---- up so bad so often? my cingular bill for the last 3 years has been 55 bucks a month every month never had 1 problem. My vote is switch. My phone never drops calls either.

Mine "should" be around $110/month, but they ALWAYS ---- it up and charge me for something that I didn't use or something that is already in my plan or SOMETHING. :3 I'm so sick of it and it sucks because none of the Sprint stores have anything to do with my service, they just sell phones and connect them. I have to talk to arabian ragheads who I can hardly understand half the time and it's always just a ------- disaster and I swear I lose valuable days from my life from the stress and anger I get after talking to these fuckers. :7 I can handle a good amount of -----ups and be cool about it, but I'm so ------- far past teh point of being understanding with Sprint.....I just really want to ---- them up and sit back and laugh about it. I just don't know how to go about that.....

1000 text messages was for when I was bored @ work and went on aim (each aim message counted as a text message), so lick my sack jon&joey. :-* Point was it was 40 hrs week, I was bored and had nothing to do all day and they said it was UNLIMITED and it was not. Actual text messages, I send less than 50 a month, and I don't get on AIM anymore, it was just the premise that they lied to me.

i have had sprint and t mobile and kricket, they all suck. Im with cingular now, love it. Last 3 years and only a few billing mistakes. my vote is switch to cingular/att don't know what its like now, but ill be grandfathered out of any ---- ups at&t makes.

i have 2 phones one for me one for my mom
1000 shared minutes
unllimited tmobile to tmobile
free nights and weekends
nd my phone has unlimited texting

my bills 98 something a month and we never go over cause i work midnigt shift so i call most at night and most people i call at tmobile

so my minutes used is some 10k yet were only charged for 700 some odd minutes O0

but i do text the ---- out of people if im in the mood ive hit 9k texts before O0

other months like this month havent even hit 200 lol

BOOST DOGG - its the same with every cell phone company, they all suck a fat nut. Everytime i call i get put on the line with an ingnorant black woman who i can not understand. i am not racist, but everytime i have called its been "lashonda" or "lakisha" that has answered.

---- that, i have tmobile since 03 and overall they have been good. everytime i want to change something on my account i have to call them atleast twice because it never happens the first time through. there service area is garabage, and you can't understand the people you talk to. but i have heard they are the best outta all the wireless providers.

Yea, Statistically Sprint has been the worst. Their cust service is a lil better since they merged with Nextel. That's because Nextel pushes their service as business focused and most every cop you see has Nextel so their cust service has to give a damn. I worked at a Kiosk for roughly 6 months. I tell ya, we kinda think most of the people we deal with are ignorant and just try to tell them what we think they want to hear. We hate dealing with customer service/billing problems there because we couldn't pull up the billing system. The kiosks are actually owned by Radio Shack. While I was there I had multiple eye witness accounts of my manager and assistant manager lying to people and it came back around to totally bite us in the ass. I was so pissed at it all because I don't wanna have to clean up the other people's ---- so I try and give them the run around the best I can and tell them to go to a Sprint Store because they can do more for you there (Which was basically true). Towards the end of my two weeks notice it was friggin horrible. We were getting 3 to 4 people a day coming and bitching about some bill credits that Mr. Assistant manager promised them if they'd sign up. That's our main goal. Just get them into the contract and hopefully things'll work out and that'll be that. But when your coworkers are lying and ---- it doesn't make your job any easier. I agree, wait times and the quality of customer service was absolutely atrocious. Best bet is to just jump ship. Get out of it. One of the good co-workers I had was on their Dealer Line and they'd mess even his bill up like every other month. Make sure you go to like an actual AT&T store tho. Because if you get into a contract with an authorized retailer they sometimes get you to sign a secondary contract which means if you try to back out in less than 4 months there'll be two cancellation fees of roughly 200-250. Cingular seems to be top dog in my opinion. No problems with them for the last 2 years. No surprises on our bill. But to each their own. Diff ppl have diff experiences.

Tell 'em your in the military and moving to japan. Since they can't give you serivce, you will have to drop your phone plan. If you need an address, ive got one for you. ill make you a fake set of military orders also. pm me. 8) Hell, I still owe my last cell phone people, tmobile or something, for my last bill.

actually, all that happened when they merged is we got new software in the call center. Sprint doesn't even run those places, its a company called teleperformanceUSA.

I too rock sprint. I too feel your pain, however.. Usually they are right even when i think they fucked up.. BUT THEY DOOOOO ---- UP, and they shouldnt.

Sprint/Nextel suck ass. Their service is ---- and they have bad reception. I owe them $400 because I terminated my contract early due to thet fact that I couldnt get a phone signal inside my house. Not one ------- bar! I had to walk out side or it sounded like who ever I was talking to on the P. to P. was under water. ---- them and their service!

Man you guys are lucky you haven't had any problems with Cingular (er "The New AT&T"). I have had them twice and had NOTHING but problems with them. Any of my friends that had them had problems with them also. Jorsher on here worked for them in the customer service dept along with my other roommate and they will tell you how shitty they are. Most of the customer service people their wouldn't even get the service even thought they got a discount.

First time I had them I signed up and they had free incoming calls for $10 extra a month. I double checked with the sales person and they said sure enough any incoming calls were free with it. I snatched it up and tell nogs to call me. I get my first bill and it was $4xx.xx. I was so pissed I called them up and they were like well you went over your minutes by x. So I start arguing back and forth and say screw it I'll go back to the store. I go back in and talk to the same guy who sold me the phone. He calls them up after looking at my bill and says no he is supposed to have free incoming calls....next thing I hear (speaker phone) "umm...we don't offer that" WTF! I still had the ------- broceure!!! They would not give me credit for anything, neither would a supervisor. I said ---- you guys and disconnected the line.

I also agree that Tmobile and Verizon are above everyone else by a longshot. I had a tmobile plan then switched to cingular (added a line to parents account) and now have tmobile again. The first time with tmobile, their customer service was unbelievably good. Any reason I needed to call them they would give me credits on my account for my time and inconvienence. Nowadays, no credits but also in my experiences, a pretty competent staff.

That verizon tower deal is a complete cop out. Cingular uses GSM, old AT&T used TDMA, Verizon uses CDMA. All different cellular technologies that are not compatible with each other. For example, GSM phone is not gonna be able to get on verizon towers.

i personaly hate every cell company, i've had verizon twice, fucked eachtime, alltel once, fucked there, cingular, fucked

u.s. cellular is pretty much the only place i havent been majorly fucked

i had a 700 bill one time because of some bullshit roaming, but they took it all off 2 hours after i called

right now its prepaid FTW
