So I bought my girlfriend these Rascal Flatts tickets for the end of August. She decided she didn't really wanna go so I decided i'd list em on ebay.. suprise suprise this woman asks me to end the auction early if she paypaled me 350.00 and sell them to her. I say yeah but paypal first and she did. I send them to her and she calls me back telling me she got them.. but she's wigging out because they are "paper".. and not the old school ticket design. I guess tickets now adays online have the barcode design with the ticket thing at the top. She's claiming that they are fake.. and said she wants a refund or she's going to prosecute me. I told her to go ahead.. and I contacted like 3 different ticketmasters and they all have confirmed that its the new ticket design and they are legit.. dammit what a bitch.. i'm like trying to pack ---- to move this weekend and this bitch is trying to sue me.. what do you guys think? I think women are bitches

She keeps telling me that she DID call them, and even went there on her lunch hour and they said that anyone can copy them and ----.. and that since she bought them online anybody could have copied them.. so its a whoever gets there first kind of deal.. Can she sue over that ----?

I guess she's mad because they dont have a "ticketmaster" stamp on them.. they have a "tonystickets" stamp.. because i bought them online from tonystickets.com and the broker that actually sent them to me was "trademark tickets" and I called them too. and they said not to worry about it.. but the damn bitch filed a paypal complaint

I used to work for Ticketmaster.

It's true, anybody can copy the online tickets and send them to anyone, and the first person to get there and have theirs scanned will work. This is what she will be told when she calls because that's how it is. I personally wouldn't buy any online tickets from someone because of this reason, but it's her fault she didn't ask.

Since you are not trying to scam her (hopefully) tell her to just relax. As long as you didn't give a copy to anyone else they will work when she gets there because she will be the only one with that barcode. Just keep responding to paypal and tell her that they will work. Because they will. And she's a ho.

Hey man you really are a nice guy.. thanks for the help. She's like half indian or something, and sounds in her 40's and half crazy.
I just really hate to go to court and waste time.. I wonder if I can like counter sue for harrassing me or something.. or taking up my time

The tickets are legit. Tell her to go use them and go ---- herself while she's at it. She has no case if you are selling her legit tickets.

Thats basically what i've tried to get through her head all day long when she kept calling me and threatening to prosecute and ----.. I just dont want a cop to come to the door with the damn small claims court papers.. if I go to court I want a little satisfaction for having to deal with her ass this entire day.. i'm not the kind to "sue" i hate people who "sue" .. but if she wants to play hardball i'm game

the only thing im concerned about is I bought them for 315.. and sold them to her for 350 :P i wouldn't think thats scalping considering im out of the state in which the event is sold.. my reciept says 315.. and her reciept says she bought em for 350..

Similar thing happened to a realtive of mine. Turned around and sued the bitch for everything she was worth for harassment, slandering, etc... She kept getting contacted for almost a month every day leading up to the court papers arriving at the house.

Just tell the psycho bitch if she persists, you will seek legal action, and she will be the one being sued.

She has no legitimate cause or right to filing complaint at all unless they don't work when she goes to the event. In facy if she actually tries to prosecute before the event and they turn out to be proven legit you can sue her back. Tell her to chill and that they will work at the event.

Paypal will tell you that they do not deal with issues of item quality and such. They only act if the item did not come at all. If you sent it confirmed/signature ect, like you should or you are a dumbass, then there is no problem.

Old people do not understand these new fangled ways.

Nope, it's changed. They still don't do much, but if you can prove the item recieved was drastically different from the auction you can win a dispute.

update: the bitch finally closed the paypal claim becuase she knows she fucked either way.. but she still had the nerve to send me a final email telling me that if she cant get into the concert she has a "lawyer/friend" and will prosecute.. So i emailed her back and told her that my dad was one of the most well respected lawyers in Indiana.. (big lie) oh well seems like its settled unless she goes to the event.. gets in.. and says that she didn't just so she'd have a case... I hate bitches
