So this bitch is trying to sue me
So I bought my girlfriend these Rascal Flatts tickets for the end of August. She decided she didn't really wanna go so I decided i'd list em on ebay.. suprise suprise this woman asks me to end the auction early if she paypaled me 350.00 and sell them to her. I say yeah but paypal first and she did. I send them to her and she calls me back telling me she got them.. but she's wigging out because they are "paper".. and not the old school ticket design. I guess tickets now adays online have the barcode design with the ticket thing at the top. She's claiming that they are fake.. and said she wants a refund or she's going to prosecute me. I told her to go ahead.. and I contacted like 3 different ticketmasters and they all have confirmed that its the new ticket design and they are legit.. dammit what a bitch.. i'm like trying to pack ---- to move this weekend and this bitch is trying to sue me.. what do you guys think? I think women are bitches

I guess she's mad because they dont have a "ticketmaster" stamp on them.. they have a "tonystickets" stamp.. because i bought them online from tonystickets.com and the broker that actually sent them to me was "trademark tickets" and I called them too. and they said not to worry about it.. but the damn bitch filed a paypal complaint

I used to work for Ticketmaster.
It's true, anybody can copy the online tickets and send them to anyone, and the first person to get there and have theirs scanned will work. This is what she will be told when she calls because that's how it is. I personally wouldn't buy any online tickets from someone because of this reason, but it's her fault she didn't ask.
Since you are not trying to scam her (hopefully) tell her to just relax. As long as you didn't give a copy to anyone else they will work when she gets there because she will be the only one with that barcode. Just keep responding to paypal and tell her that they will work. Because they will. And she's a ho.

I just really hate to go to court and waste time.. I wonder if I can like counter sue for harrassing me or something.. or taking up my time
