thats crazy! CA is getting to suck. Out here in NY it's getting tough as well with inspections not being to have you CEL on or you dont pass, but that still dosen't match CA...

you lucky bastard..... its funny when i was over there a long time ago... i back up into the curb and them pulled away and my muffler fell off, so i had to have it welded back on at a ghetto *** muff shop... i was there for like 30 mins and 2 cars came in to get their catalytic converters gutted, or cut off cause they were clogged up.... i was like damn... you can do that out here... You can run open DP out there and no one gives a damn...
