your 4 door is dope mang....i shoulda got a 4 door rather than a hatch...haha couldnt beat the price for 700 bucks...i want to get the jdm front end also...your ---- looks dope...whats up with the black mesh grill on the ej :P

your camera is tripping balls, all your pictures look like I'm looking through those peep holes people put in doors to see who's outside.

your hatch looks awesome with the new paintjob. I think you should leave your wheels silver, if those are the gsr blades you were talking about I can't even tell they have a tint of black to them.

damn it, this photo shoot only makes me want to go out there more. tomarrow for sure I'll ask my dad if I can go, and at work they know that I'll quit if they don't give me days off and I'll go work at mcdonalds or something, so I'll get the weekend off. now I just have to find a way to make sure doc will be home when I get there, that's the hard part.

you might want to get your fish eye fixed.

I need to take some pictures of boosted_stinkynuts's new car since he blew the motor in the last one, it's pretty nice, it reps the stealthmode stickers to the full effect.

is it me or is there a bit of zebra striping in the rear quarter panel? or is that just some lighting issues?


What year is that 4 door too ?

I think that you just convinced me to go and but that 88-89 4 door civic for $50 considering I can do the body work pretty damn good then lay on a primer

btw, is that just flat black primer or is that the krylon black ----?

im for sure going to be buying taht 4 door now :)

Maybe it's time to follow my dream and get a 4dr. :-\ But CRX's are just soooo rugged and sexy.

I dunno, we'll see when the next one comes around, all I can say is I can wait to flat black it. 8)

yeah the turbo is still on there..runs good for only 5 psi. i want to up the boost but not till donald burns me a chip coughshamelessplugcough......that and i want to re-do my charge pipes.

that brand paint i used was Dupli-color flat black. its a laquer finish as apposed to the acrylic type that they have ...ill take a pic of the ---- i used. and yes the rear left quarter whas some zebra stripes..but i plan on fixing that! i think i did that one side of the car with a krylon 9 the rear quarter) i later founf out that the Dupli-color tips are way better! that are adjustable. you can have a horizontal spray or vertical..its ------- great!

I know how rattle canning a car goes....lol thats for sure lol... It is hard to get zebra stripes out especially with black paint. http://www.cardomain.com/id/ssl2k page 8 shows final product, I used a real primer and then rattle canned the basecoat and then used a real clear coat over that.

I like the look of the completely flat black though... so I dont know how well a clear coat would look over it but what I can do is paint my hood of my crx (im waiting on getting a carbonfiber hood)

juilo take a pic of that can that you used and i'll go buy some and paint my hood with it and then use a real clear coat over it and post the results of it...

You don't wash it! When I gets dirty you just put another coat over the dirt! Julio why is it that hispanic dudes always put there names on the back of their cars? I asked this one guy I used to work with that was hispanic and he said just the stupid one do that. He said "you won't ever catch me doing that stupid ---- essay! Well he didn't say essay but he said the just the stupid ones do it.

i have these stock side skirts from a 90 civic wagon that i have been wanting to install on my 4 door...they fit perfect with a little notching here and there.

its gonna look nice....

What is inder the hood i no secret...its my trusty DOHC ZC with the tbird turbo and 390cc injectors. ill take pics of that some other time...when i get the chrage pipes done right!
