SO LETS SAY a honda which shouldnt bet a mustang off the line uness its a atuo v6 gets a 2 and half car length jump on it. now how far fetched is this guy saying he beat this guy??? he told us the facts its not like hes lieing to us saying that they were neck and neck and then he hit 5500 rpm on his ls and it felt like vtec kicked in and thats how he won the race. but i do agree he shouldnt of made this post

fuzzy math....

my integra weighted 2800lbs without me in it. which ass are you pulling these numbers out of?

the difference between 14.1 and 15.5 is gigantic who knows how many car lengths but its a lot

even if he got a 2 car lead off the line the stang would fly by so fast you'd think it ran 10s

I was laughing a some silly kid with 2 tachs, and an orange rear bumper. I made some comment about the 2 tachs and his DX badge, he said somthing about a B18 and tried to pass my gf's 2000 altima, his car was struggling.

Your Civic doesn't weigh 2000lbs.
His Mustang doesn't weigh 4500lbs or more lol
Your B18 also probably doesn't put out 140hp...maybe at the crank with a tiny shot of nitrous.

Bottom line is you raced a car that would normally hand your ass to you, but since either the driver didn't know you were racing or he has the reaction time of a drunk retarded kid with a brain tumor, you "won". :l Next time make sure you were racing.

that has all honda STOCK car wieghts

and i pulled the quarter mile times off a website that accumilated a bunch of factory 1/4 mile times from different resources.
http://www.albeedigital.com/supercou...0-60times.html

i was just using those to make the story sound more reasonable.

ur source sounds like BS..

take this for example:

1992 Honda Civic Si 8.5 16.4
1992 Honda Civic Si Hatchback 8.4 16.5

this makes no sense: the SI and the SI hatchback have diff times, but they're the same car??

or what about this:

1988 Honda CRX Si 8.2 16.4
1991 Honda CRX Si 8.7 16.5

88-91 crx SI had the same motor and trim level, no?

two of the same type of cars arent going to run the exact same time.......

the weight chart is wrong by about 200-300 pounds on almost every car
