The sentencing is on february something. He will then have to wait his turn on the death ride.

They don't want to rush things like this. In some cases where there is overwhelming evidence, it can be different.

I remember watching Dateline or one of those shows in michigan they found 20 some odd people innocent on death innocent with new technology in DNA. They also found people who already been executed innocent of all charges I think it was in the 5 person range. The system has it's problems but just jumping the gun can cause an innocent person to lose their life and in my opinion lossing your life over bad police work etc is a true injustice. Now let the flaming begin about being a liberal hippie.

chris, that makes sense to me.

Usually murderers get a good rep to begin with going into jail.

However, the fact that he killed his wife and kit means he'll probably get killed or ---- raped for years to come.

Now, you release a child rapist into a jail? That guys gonna be dead in hours.

Oh, and if anyone's not guilty, its Sam Shepperd. My opinion though.

Actualy in San Quintin death row is a wing all by its self.The inmates all go out one at a time.Their cells dont have bars.They are just doors with the slots for the food tray in them.They are never by them selfs out side of their cells.when they do let them out they have these chain link cages that look like dog runs.They put them in there and thats where thy excersise.No one will ever lay one finger on him in jail.Unless the guards "acidently" screw up and let him into general population ;)

wrong place at the wrong time. they probably did enough ---- in there lifetime to ---- up enough to go to jail.

I bet 95% of inmates have had problems in the past where they have fucked up pretty bad before.

and yes, he looks like a total little bitch on TV. im sure bubba will have his fun with ole mr peterson.

anyone hear how martha is doing? i heard the other day she had her ass handed to her by the #1 gang in that little lovely prison shes in. *rumor has it, she will need teeth replactment. lol. i bet that was a funny fight.

nah... how about this...
1) find the oldest rustiest piece of ---- cheese/potato hand grater that you can find.
2) start grating from the feet up, slowly.
3) keep putting salt
4) make hashbrowns out of the flesh
5) feed it to the fucker
6) throw animal feces at the mofo and laugh at him
7) continue grating until both legs are gone, then repeat for arms.
8) poke out eyes, ears, tongue, and smash out all teeth.
9) use laser to burn/seal the wound so that the fucker wont die.
10) let him rot in prison forever as a cripple, the prisoners will have fun with their new "spinner".

anyone who kills THEIR own pregnant wife should get steps 1-10.
