Its not like I'm making this up. When someone gets sentenced to death its not like they kill him a week later. Its year and years of appeals and shitloads of legal work and thats where the money comes from. And prisions are basically self-sufficent, prisioners work in the prision and the prision basically takes care of itself. Go read something on the subject if you still don't believe me. |
