id buy wiseco all day long if they were the cheapest, at 11k rpms in a 250 2stroke, if it holds up to that on my bike it trust them.

I place my vote on tunertoy's rods . Mine should be on the way. I shopped the hell out of rods and he has the best deal.

SCAT is the exact same Chinese made forging that Eagle uses. Any cosmetic differences are from the in-house finish machining, and the not-so-cosmetic differences are from fastener selection. Brad Z, engine builder extraordinaire, recommends whichever you can get the cheapest because "they are both the exact same thing, a copy of the Carillo, which is the best rod ever made." Multiple Pro-Stock, NHRA, Winston Cup, NDRA NA Street Class, I have no clue what class the 9 second turbo street Civic is in, records and wins don't lie. *shrug* |
