already tried that with the idaho tool a few months back and i had a guy i know from my town working on the side on it and he told me that unless my police department wants to contact idaho, police can not do much about it. Also, my buddy, that is an officer here says its a civil suit if anything, so he can not really do much for me

Go file a police report and contact Pay Pal. I sold a PS2 a while back and the guy said he got an empty box. I provided proff I sent it, he got it, and a copy of a email that he admitted he got it. They told him he would have to get a police report. So he goes and files a police report and they give hime his money back. They said that it's now a legal matter and Pay Pal does not get involved in legal matters. So m like ok WTF where's my "empty box". They said they don't make the buyer return the merchandise I would have to take him to court.

Cliffs: Get a police report and send it to Pay Pal.

I bought an o2 sensor back on june 14th from 509forcfedcivic too. Took him weeks.....no contact. Then something shows up........I got a fucken engine mount. I finally contacted him a bit later...he said he'll get ahold of the other person to send it to me. Whatever. No contact, no nothing. He said he sent out like 8 items...so thats why theres a mix up. Paypal sucks but do a dispute asap. Then get your cc company on it. GL to you. This will be my #3 also. I just can't wait to be scammed by someone in my town! :y They'll get everything I've been holding in :8

Yeah really. If I am making multiple shipments that are already sealed up I will write a "code" on the box so I know what's in each.

Twice have I sent a wrong package to the wrong person. Once I just wasn't thinking. The other time it was the shipper's fault and I almost suffered a few years in jail because of it.

Anyway zex is a fag and you shouldn't be lettin him get away with only paying $300. If anything, he should be paying you interest on having your money for that long...

so the deal is, as soon as my paypal get the hold off ill paypal him 200bux. AFTER this is done, i want my name back and this thread locked/deleted. if not the deal if off.
after this is done, ill gladly paypal him the remaing 100 that WE agreed on.

zex.. one, the person i share a paypal with is hardly around so it has been really hard for me to get over to his house and send a message to paypal. Two, i said you can send a postal money order, you said no. Three, if you read i think it is in the begining of this page or page 5 discussion here, i recall someone posting and telling you that you can go to a certain site or link of the paypal site and un suspend yourself... So do not give me ---- about not calling you back. Definitly funny how your uptight this is taking maybe a few days more than expected when i have had to wait 8 months for a measily ------- phone call from you. So chill out, I will try my best today (monday) to send a message to paypal, and at the same time, look inot how you can help speed this process up.

Are you retarded????? If you cancel the claim to "open his Pay Pal" you will never see a dime. Once you close a claim it cannot be reopened and he doesn't have to give you your money back. Like I said contact them telling them you need his address to file a suit against him. Post it up....this guy needs an intervention.
