I changed my phone number because a kid started a Call-A-Thon on my number a day before - and 12 hours after I'd last talked to him - I was going to have his ECU ready at the earliest. I flat out told the guy that I might have it ready by Thursday, but I was going to be in Jersey for the weekend and the preparations for that trip were my priority, bottom line I would have his ECU for him Monday at the latest.

The guy went from appearing like an intelligent college graduate to a pushy flake who starts drilling my phone twelve times a day on the Wednesday before his ECU would be ready at the earliest, with twenty calls on Thursday, and upwards of thirty between him and his family before Monday came around. Yes, he was a major fucktard. You know what? After three weeks I finally choked down my pride and he got his P06 ECU back (with the VTEC parts and socket I had installed Wednesday morning cut out, rendering it back to a stock P06) and the bullshit stopped.

Toss his money back in his face like you just wiped your ass with it, tell him he's a ------- circus and he better leave you the ---- alone. Problem solved.

Well I wouldn't give you ---- back either. The guy had the items what he thought was sold and you try to ---- him over by not sending the rest the next week like you said. I had this same thing happen to me before on a guy that wanted a Y8 head I had. He sent me part of the money to hold it and was going to pay me the rest that Fri. two weeks go buy and he decides he didn't want it. I already spent the money to pay a bill that I was selling it for to begin with. I said ---- it and took parts off the head and sent him what I felt was fair for the money he paid.

On the other hand you can't say you want him to pay you more to refund it all. That is a little stupid. Either refund him or send him part of the head.

Are you reading anything that is going on here?!... the point of me not sending the rest of the money is because HE STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY PMs AND DISAPPEARED. now, would you send someone the rest of the money if before sending the money you had full contact with him, then as soon as you send it contact is out the door for months. Yes, i did, but unfortuanatly you just seem to be missing the point here. ITS BEEN 8 MONTHS, and just now he appears and responds to me. but sure, that is ok. there should not be any shipping of any half ass parts for what i payed for. that is just as reatrded as his idea on giving him the money back so he can resend all of it that same day. My respecatble offer to him, and i nice gesture, if you ask me is i told him 300 was fine. keep 50 for the mis undertanding, so basically 50 bux for free and not lifting a finger.

My point of view is he made a deal with you. From what he said you were supposed to pay him the next week and never did. By that you broke the deal. That's why I was saying I would send you part of what you were buying. I am not taking side since I don't know either of you and both are probably stretching the truth. He already agreed to give you your money so at this point making you pay the other $250 is just stupid.

I haven't read the entire thread, so correct me if I'm wrong.... From what I've gathered, he paid you a partial amount for a head a while back. When he questioned you about finishing payment, you didn't respond for a long period of time. Now since so much time has passed, he just wants his money back...but you want him to pay the rest of the amount, then you'll refund the total? I hope I just read wrong, cuz thats retarded as ----. If he hasn't got anything from you, then you shouldn't have anything from him. In other words, send his money back.
