already tried that with the idaho tool a few months back and i had a guy i know from my town working on the side on it and he told me that unless my police department wants to contact idaho, police can not do much about it. Also, my buddy, that is an officer here says its a civil suit if anything, so he can not really do much for me

Go file a police report and contact Pay Pal. I sold a PS2 a while back and the guy said he got an empty box. I provided proff I sent it, he got it, and a copy of a email that he admitted he got it. They told him he would have to get a police report. So he goes and files a police report and they give hime his money back. They said that it's now a legal matter and Pay Pal does not get involved in legal matters. So m like ok WTF where's my "empty box". They said they don't make the buyer return the merchandise I would have to take him to court.

Cliffs: Get a police report and send it to Pay Pal.

I bought an o2 sensor back on june 14th from 509forcfedcivic too. Took him weeks.....no contact. Then something shows up........I got a fucken engine mount. I finally contacted him a bit later...he said he'll get ahold of the other person to send it to me. Whatever. No contact, no nothing. He said he sent out like 8 items...so thats why theres a mix up. Paypal sucks but do a dispute asap. Then get your cc company on it. GL to you. This will be my #3 also. I just can't wait to be scammed by someone in my town!

They'll get everything I've been holding in

He has to be a stupid ----------er,

I'll send out 20 parts at once and not make a stupid mistake like that.

He may have purposely sent you the engine mount to backup his bullshit story though.

Yeah really. If I am making multiple shipments that are already sealed up I will write a "code" on the box so I know what's in each.

No I mean if I am going to UPS/FedEx to drop off say five packages. I will write a little suffix on the box so I know exactly what is what.

Twice have I sent a wrong package to the wrong person. Once I just wasn't thinking. The other time it was the shipper's fault and I almost suffered a few years in jail because of it.

Anyway zex is a *** and you shouldn't be lettin him get away with only paying $300. If anything, he should be paying you interest on having your money for that long...
