you dont need amny welding man. just make it yourself. it shoul;dnt be hard.

theres a writeup somewhere. but it wont net you any big gain in performance. just make it louder, and you probobly wont be runing an airfilter. o well.

The 00-03' had the 2.0l w/ 240hp and 153 ft-lbs torque
The 04-05' was upped to a 2.2l w/ 240hp and 162 ft-lbs of torque and the gearing was improved so u dont have to rev up to like 4-5 grand to take off

Dont talk to me like I dont know what I'm talking about, A s2000 in stock form is a beautiful thing, they make incredibly power and torque for a normal aspirated engine that is only a 2.0l from the factory. My girlfriend has one and they are pretty fun to drive, its not the fastest thing in the world, but it's faster than the majority of civics and integras.
