Re:RX-7 anyone?

you have to understand that the FC and FD and even the RX-8 use the rotory engine and turbos and twin turbos for a marketing ploy, over they years the cars reputation went up and so did the price. mazda has too much money invested into the rotory and RX to just drop it, they probly realized long ago that the rotory engine isn't going to go anywhere, so they use the rotory engine and familir rx name as simply a marketing ploy to sell more cars, they really couldn't care less about the after market issues or good engine design... just look at the FD, the engine was thrown together, if your lucky it might last 50 000 miles, and the new rx-8 was originaly designed to be turbo, but the engines crapped out way too soon on forced air, the engines are relying on 1970s technology.

Re:RX-7 anyone?

sooo...the rotary was designed in 1970?

and do some research on obsolescence, almost ALL manufacturing is founded upon this principal, a key business to use as a metaphor would be Microsoft.

btw that was a ------- retarded statement....

I think his education level shows.....what the hell is a "rotorary" anyway?
Ford owns approx. 1/3 of Mazda. Mazda know's to keep Ford out of their Rotary R&D.

hahahha, argue with me all you want, Rx-7s are gay, mazda is cool for still using the rotary to sell cars, and your mom is my hero, and finally, I feel what is truly horrifying or rather disconcerting is the fact that people would want to raise a child such as yourself! I mean, that's why we have AA!! I'm not referring to fetal alcohol syndrome (although some may see the distinct characteristics in you) I am instead referring to Abortion and Adoption! Someone should have informed your parents of these two options! Oh well, better luck next time!

Re:RX-7 anyone?

there probly cool. well my opinion on this topic is that if he likes it go for it.

its all about what you like if your in to rotarys cool if not cool who cares i like both and have both, its true it takes a lot of work to get rx-7 running right. AS with any car it requires regular maintnance but you can'y base your thoughts on what you hear all the time, if any cars not up to par then yaea it will run like ----, it all takes time and money.
