Well i was just chillin at the Wendys drive-thru waiting for them to take my order when a stock looking 90's style eclipse pulls up behind me. I wasn't even paying attention to him just waiting to get my order taken when i hear a rev, so i look back at him and he rev's like eight more times hitting the limiter it sounded like about 6 out of the 8 times he rev'ed.
I get my order taken and go around to the first window where the guy takes my order. after i give him the money he askes "can i have a newport". I say sure and give him one. then he asks "You gonna race him??", i'm like "no", so he says "oh, second window please". I pull up and get my grub and i pull into a parking space and get out to eat, like i always do (i don't know why i do this i just like eating outside).
The guy pulls next to me and gets out and asks me if i've ever taken my car to the track, i say "yea". He asked what it ran and i told him mid to high 15's (i'm not turbo yet). the rest of the convo goes like this:

Him:"geez thats pretty slow"
Me:"Well i can't get off the line too great yet"
Him:"yea i have problems getting off the line too"
Me:"So you've been to the track, what did you run?"
Him:"9's"
At this point i almost choked on my junior bacon cheeseburger.
Me:"damn, thats pretty fast"
Him:"yea, well i got extensive work done to it"
btw he doesn't even have an exhaust
Me:"Like what"
Him:"Lets just say 'Extensive'"
Me:"Are you gonna tell me what you got or not?"
Him:"Well i got a chip first of all, then i got a lumpy cam and overbored pistons, turbo model"
Me:"Damn, must be fast"
Him:"Better believe it"
Him:"Wanna run it?"
Me:"Nah, i gotta get home, i'll talk to you later tho."

As i'm getting in my car to go home his girl looks at me and says "awww, your cars so cute, you must be scared". At this point i'm getting a little pissed and say "nope, not scared(kinda with a cocky attitude)". Then the guy says "just race me you ----- bitch". Now this guy was about 5'9" and 115-120 lbs and i'm about 6' 200 lbs and i was ready to beat the living ---- out of him. but i didn't. So i say "okay lets do it", he says "follow me".

As i'm following him the badge on the back of his car says gs, the non turbo model and while we were talking he popped his hood and he did have a turbo, kind of a hmt style kit but nonetheless he had a turbo(smaller than a stock gs-t turbo). So at this point i'm getting a little scared of losing. anyways, we go out onto a highway and pace each other going about 60-65. I hear him drop a gear and hold it, so i do the same. He taps his horn once and guns it (isn't the norm 3?) so i gun it and i'm only at the back of his door. I start gaining on him in milliseconds and in under 8 seconds i was about 5 carlengths ahead of him. we did this two times, same outcome. so i slow down to tell him to meet back at Wendy's, he says "ok". I missed the exit he took and took the next one. I went back to Wendys and waited for about 10 minutes eating the rest of my food and he never shows up. I personally wanted to make fun of him and his girl because she was talking ---- also. oh well, all i know is that i pwn3d a turbo 90's style eclipse gs!!! Wooooo Wooooo

i should have kicked something whether it be his door or his face, but i'm trying to become a police officer and can't have any charges against me. I already came close a couple weeks ago on getting a charge

i see so many cars (mostly eclipse's) with the exhaust ripped off, these fukin ricers act like their ---- is fast because the ripped their exhaust off, i just don't understand where they get this ---- some times

he sounds like that guy on that video where he has a gts mustang with a "rotor" engine moded up with "headers" wich runs with "pistons", and this and that.
