I sold a car to a close friend about a year ago....stupid idea i know. Anyway, when i sold the car, he paid payments on it with an agreed price of $6800, but i told him that i would take the stereo out of the car and drop the price $500 since he was a little short on cash at the time. Mike continued to pay payments on it and then won a decent sum of money...right around $5k, but i never saw any of it. Now he wont answer phone calls or anything, but i want my ------- stereo back. We had an agreement, but since he's such a cheapass, he won't give it back to me. I've been nice about it, but can't think of anything that i can legally do to get it back. If i have NO legal recourse at all, then the fun starts.....

Any suggestions of what i can do??

You don't have any legal recourse. Unless you have a signed document by him saying how much he must pay and you have proof of how much he has payed so far, which you probably don't.

The only other solution at this point is to hope you have a spare key for the car. Get your stereo back. Fill gas tank with sugar.

I want to break in, but the problem is is that he has an alarm on it and i'm not one to steal a car. I might find someone to do it for me, but it would be fairly obvious who did it if i was to steal the car and take only the stereo.

Car alarms are easy as ---- to disarm (silence). Break in, pop the hood, snip the wires to the siren. This can be done in less than 30 seconds. Obviously you don't want to do this at him home, but do it when he's at work or somewhere else he won't hear the siren. People don't even look twice at the sound of a car alarm these days, especially when you make it shut the ---- up quickly.

well it sounds enticing but the only problem is that if the stereo was the only thing gone, it would be very obvious who did it....

Take a razor blade and put some deep long slits through his timing belt. That should be fun also.

Why would it be obvious? Stereos get stole all the time.

fill glass chrismas oraments with paint and start throwing at him, his car, and his house.....another one I like is take extra lead wheel weights and stick them to his wheels....------- up the balance.....that's a fun one to do to those ricers in the parking lot....then get them to race >:D

wtf dude just take em out with some buddies get em drunk.. call the police tell em drunk driver.. meanwhile he goes to jail.. gets fucked over with bills.. fines.. suspended liscence.. and u act like his best bud through out the whole thing..

hmmmm yes revenge...well theres many things you can do but remember not to stop after you get revenge. 1.catch something of his on fire. 2. get dry ice and stick it in a half full gallon paint bucket on his door step. 3. every week pick a random day and time to bash his mail box. 4. have random people drive by and shoot out windows with bb guns. 5. always liter in his yard. 6. if you ever do break into his car get the nastiest cheese/or anything esle stinky and put it on his exhaust manifold. 7. slash tires or let air out of his/girlfriends/and moms car. 8 drive by his house when he's sleeping everynight and blow up fireworks in his yard. 9. gas up his grass and burn something interesting in it. like fag or butthole. 10. poop in a bucket for a week or so and save it just for his car. 11. always watch for a opening in the window of his car(endless of posibilities). 12. steal nieghbors lawn ornaments and put it in his yard. 13. write letters of compliants pretending your his neighbors. 14. never trust him again. make sure you dont do all this in one night. ------ it over time and make sure you follow threw.

he didn't pay me in full....i told him that i'd take $500 off for the stereo...he paid me $6300 and has the stereo when the agreement was $6300 no stereo.

dissasemble his mailbox with large items, like pumpkins, watermelons, frozen lettuce/cabbage, bowling balls, from your car as you do about 90 past his house. Take his hose outside his house and stick it into one of his windows and crank the mother on, u could get so creative and it would be fun as hell.

your a dumbass for even letting him have the car with the stereo still in it, jank that ---- out BEFORE you give someone the car, you cant ever trust people to stand upto an agreement like that, and your even more of a dumbass for selling a car to a friend

NEVER sell anything to friends, they think your cool and will let ---- like payments slide "yo man i got hit with some bills and cant make the payment but its cool cause i'll pay you later" meanwhile he's buying $300 worth of useless crap, X-box games 3-4 at a time, walkin around in $300 sunglass's and expects you to not notice

can you tell someone has some experience in this bullshit? >:( im not too mad though, he paid me 3/4 of what it was worth, then lost his job, car blew up, and got kicked out of his house.. stuff like that will come back to haunt you sooner or later

perfect oppurtunity to crawl under the car one night.. and drain his oil into a pan.. take all the evidence.. make sure it's a clean drain.. he'll go to take off the next morning..and knock knock knock clitter clatter.. kaboom

If the car is still in your name, then legally, its YOUR CAR. Even if he's paid most of the money, you can call the cops and tell them you want your car and he has to give it to you, and if your stereo's not in it at that time, then report it stolen by him.

Whats the problem with meeting him and just taking it back just go to his house be a man . And make him give it back 90% of the people in the world are -----s and when confronted one on one will give you what you ask . -----s love phone tag they get lots of practice . To them it's an art form Just go up to him and be firm but not an ------- and get it back . :6

thats more or less how it goes once there confronted there -----'s, my "buddy" was giveing me the run around, then even sent me a text message before he was ready to leave for work one morning and said "whatever dude, im not gonna talk about this anymore i'll stop by later if i have time" that pissed me right the ---- off and i flew to his house, he lived 30 minutes from me and i made it in ten, i parked my car behind my car (since it wasnt his yet technicaly) to block him from going to work, walked upto him and told him flat out, "your giveing me $300 this week or im takeing the car back and your fucked because this ---- isnt gonna fly" that weekend i had $300 in my pocket

i secretly laugh a bit because he dumped $700 into the car while he owned it, and then after i specificly told him the motor wasnt upto par since he was a dumbass and overheated it, he blew the motor and now its just a useless lump of metal takeing up space in his parents driveway, asshat got what he deserved in the end anyway
