Revenge......
I sold a car to a close friend about a year ago....stupid idea i know. Anyway, when i sold the car, he paid payments on it with an agreed price of $6800, but i told him that i would take the stereo out of the car and drop the price $500 since he was a little short on cash at the time. Mike continued to pay payments on it and then won a decent sum of money...right around $5k, but i never saw any of it. Now he wont answer phone calls or anything, but i want my ------- stereo back. We had an agreement, but since he's such a cheapass, he won't give it back to me. I've been nice about it, but can't think of anything that i can legally do to get it back. If i have NO legal recourse at all, then the fun starts.....
Any suggestions of what i can do??

You don't have any legal recourse. Unless you have a signed document by him saying how much he must pay and you have proof of how much he has payed so far, which you probably don't.
The only other solution at this point is to hope you have a spare key for the car. Get your stereo back. Fill gas tank with sugar.

I want to break in, but the problem is is that he has an alarm on it and i'm not one to steal a car. I might find someone to do it for me, but it would be fairly obvious who did it if i was to steal the car and take only the stereo.

Why would it be obvious? Stereos get stole all the time.

fill glass chrismas oraments with paint and start throwing at him, his car, and his house.....another one I like is take extra lead wheel weights and stick them to his wheels....------- up the balance.....that's a fun one to do to those ricers in the parking lot....then get them to race
