black book (us blue book?) value would be under POOR due to the high milage (210km's).

But 3500 canadian sounds pretty cool, or just offer him/her 500 cash and take over payments

Sounds good and keep us posted.
Instead of making a new thread, all this canadian civic stuff reminded me of something. One day I drove out to a little private dealership to check out a civic, there they had a 98 Civic 'Si' yep he had the canadian model and was selling it like it was some super duper thing, I was arguing with him about it and stuff, but he kept pointing to the trunk and saying "Si Si" Not yes in spanish, the letters S and I :P And yes he was mexican. They had some beat cars there, the one I was looking at was an 92 civic hatch that was just bought from the auction and was a theft recovery. Yeah a dealer was selling cars that are theft recovery and leaving it as they got it without fixing it.
Well there goes my story. To sum it all up, canadians are messing up the US market :P jus kidding, sure would have been nice to own a 98 Civic Si though, I wonder what it would say on the title when it gets registered.
