Because those motors are meant for those cars. A rotary belongs in a RX7. The guy has been building them for many many years and is very well known amongst Americans on island for roatries. He knows his ----. Thats why there is no LS motor in the thing.

Well...see, theres a little story to the track times.
While yes, he wants it to go fast, there was some confusion a few years ago with the HKS drags. There car (the guy whos building this, an American) was faster down the strip and it was clear in the videos that he was faster however they ruled that HKS was the winner. (at the HKS event)
Next time they went up, same thing. This time though they had a camera on the tree. The tree was about 1/10 of a second faster for the HKS guys and 1/10 of a second on a 1/8 mile track is a huge difference. HKS wins again.
There solution, build the ****** so fast they can still cheat and loose.
This RX7 will be in the states in a few years.
I think he was talkin about something like 40psi or something like that....its gonna be nuts.

40 psi!!!!!! do you plan to let a bomb off or something lol. hopefully HKS doesnt do some bs like you said anymore. this car looks like it will teach them a lesson...
