Default Recomendations for a quiet muffler

I built a 3" exhaust for my car. It's 3" wide open, resonator, no catalytic converter and has a Magnaflow muffler. It's loud as *****. I need a quiet muffler. Like the quietest 3" muffler ever made. Don't care if it hurts power I can't use the power around here with all the police as it's too ------- loud. 99' miata running naturally aspirated but will be turbo'd in a couple weeks. So what's the quietest muffler available? I've read Dynomax super turbo mufflers are quiet. Any others that might be quieter? I'm tempted to put the factory muffler back on cause it was pretty quiet but that would probably add a lot of back pressure after I get this GT3271 installed.

I put dual thrush mufflers on a old t-bird I did a 302 swap on few years back. Once they broke in they weren't that quiet. And from what I see, thrust don't make a 3" turbo muffler, 2.5" is the bigest they list.

Jesus, you ever tried or heard a summit turbo muffler?
