My manifold is made out of regular schedule 40 90* bends and straight pieces. If you can cut and weld than you can make a manifold

You can make one yourself that is exactly equal length, you just need to take your time and measure

this might be kinda dumb but....i really like the way jeffs mani came out, and i really like the full-race style. but i noticed that full-race doesnt make a mani for d-series.....is there like a write-up out there that shows you how to make your own mani and what are the basic steps in doing it?

seriously build a collector, mount it on the turbo in the position you want it and the manifold will basically design itself around it. Its not that hard it just takes patience and its worth it in the end

Most people use schedule 40 which is 8 gauge. I personally just build a manifold out of this material and its way to ------- heavy. Next manifold I build is going to be 16 gauge and braced. Its your choice on what you want to use...

i used 1.5" schedule 40 and the manifold wheights 20 ------- pounds. I hope the it will make the difference vs. a log mani that only wheights 5 pounds
