Lately my biggest problem has been clearence between my wastegate and my radiator i have about 1/2 and inch. do you think it might be possible to make a rectangular hole in my core to make room for my motor to rock? id rather it hit air then my shinny new rad. thanks for any help

 

why dont you get a half radiator

why dont you install a dump tube

its NOT a good idea to cut the core on the radiator cause then the tubes or channles or whatever will expand more easilly. the core provides some type of support to keep em from expanding
