Take off the pads, stick them back on, make sure everything lines up right, and try it out then.

make sure the bottoms of the shoes are seated in the gap at the bottom, idiots at my work have this problem all day long, if that dont do it, crack the 8mm bleeder open on the wheel cylinder and push the shoes together, make sure the adjuster itself is seated properly. to where the spring is actually pulling the shoes together.

if none of this works, then you could have gotten a rare set of shoes that actually carry the secondary and primary shoe, the primary is the larger shoe area of the 2, the primary to the rear, secondary to the front. :)

the primary goes to the e-brake controller.

oh yeah, are you using new drums or old ones ? make sure you turn(machined) the drums if there are grooves, costs 6 bux at pepboys. if they are new spray some brake cleaener on it and get all the factory sealant glue/protectant off it.
