I think the real question here is what did you do to **** him of? We ware really only getting your side of the story here. What initiated hostility between the two of you?

Futher more, it sounds like he invokes a little concern in you. Not calling you a ----- or anything, it just sounds like you percieve him as an imminent danger.

What's the real deal?

Or you could just taze him before the shift and watch him ---- himself. I don't think he'll want to work with a soft, steamy, load in his seat.

I honestly don't know what I did to cause this ----. I know when I first started being pissed at him, though. Someone didn't do part of their job at closing, but he said he'd come in in the AM and finish up. I told this manager guy (named Pepe) to leave a inform the AM manager/crew of this, but he didn't. The other employee did come in, and he told everyone it was my fault he didn't get his ---- done. I didn't work that AM so I didn't have a chance to get my side out. When I asked Pepe why he didn't tell them my story, he responded with some ---- like "if it doesn't involve me, then I don't care". I was pissed, but I said and did nothing, took it with a grain of salt, and moved on.

He first started showing signs of disliking me when he incessantly nagged me about ------- religion, and I kept brushing him off. "Your dad's a muslim, you are too" and ---- like that. Jihad ****'s hate religious intolerance but don't blink at dishing it out in spades. This was like 6-8 months ago, and I've only been working here 15 months.

I don't want to fight if I don't have to, but if it comes down to it I'm not so afraid to throw a punch. Y'all might consider me a -----, but I kind of pride myself in being able to stay out of fights. I haven't been in an all out fist fight in a few years, but I'm not a pushover.

To Tough-guy, yeah he does concern me a little. While he can't fire me himself, he's been with the company for 9 years and I don't think it'd be hard for him to dream up some excuse to tell the GM that would get me fired. Like I said, I didn't do anything wrong on the clock, so any ---- I said can not be used to determine if I get fired. And if it does, you're god damn right I'm going to an attorney to sue the ---- out of this place.
